install errors out.. Anyone seen this b4 ??

During install, following pops out then install dies ..

"could not open key UNKNOWN\ntbk\NinjaTrader Backup\Archive\shellnew"

Any ideas ??

So far have not come across this bullwinkle, on which OS are you seeing this? Perhaps you would need to save the backup files to a different unrelated folder, and then remove the NinjaTrader 7 and NinjaTrader BackUp folders before the reinstall to get this done completely fresh.

Yes .. I did try that but same results ..

the .ntbk under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT registry refers to notebook, i think ..

Any other ideas appreciated !!
