Changing defaults for settings below "Data Series"?

Rather an elementary question given how long I've now been using the Strategy Analyzer, but is there any way to change the defaults for the items in the categories other than Data Series?

This amounts to nothing but laziness, but I'd rather not have to change dates, times, excluding the weekend, including commissions etc. etc. every time I start NT.
