Thank you for your reply and the clarification.

This issue in historical data for the effected Eurex period will remain. In order to access non-effected historical data, you will need to connect to another provider.
BarChart.com, DTN.IQ and eSignal all offer a 'data-only' service which may fit your needs.

This is because historical data is recorded using the Zen-Fire data feed.

what i wanted say was a)is this a zen-fire problem & i can try using any charting software but i`ll still be getting the same results or b)is it a ninja software problem??

This issue originates from the Zen-Fire side. Zen-Fire is aware of the issue (which effects only Eurex instruments) and is working on a fix.
