Missing Candles after opening Ninja Trader and Reload Historical Data

Hello together,

since friday I am working with Ninja Trader and Zen Fire in Demo Mode. Ninja Trader Versiion is 6.5.1.

I closed Ninja Trader on Monday morning (2.48 GMT+1) and opened it at Monday morning (10.30 GMT+1). The candles in between this time are missing. I opened the window on the chart and pushed: Reload Historical Data but the problem is still there.

Exact in this time period the candles for my charts are missing. I tried some different instruments (YM, ES, FDAX) but the problem is the same. I opened a 3 min chart a 5 min chart and a 15 min chart.

So, I am new on this program. Where I make a mistake here? Please help.

Unfortunately, there was an outage of the historical data server and this data is currently not available through Zen-Fire.
