ES 12-09 no data for sunday/monday

Hi i have a chart set-up with property exclude weekend "false" but my chart doesn't show any historical data from when the market opened on sunday till now on monday. i've tried reloading historical data, toggling the exclude weekend setting, but still no data, it just starts with the price at the time i open the chart. i have session times set at 00:00

same for me here. i also tried everything to solve it. seems like data issues, since my tradestation has no gap.

Same thing here, since Friday market close at 4:15pm EST up til now.
Everytime the candlestick starts at a new bar when the NT is started/restarted. Reload historical data gave no data. Seems no data feed from the NT server.
Probably the problem at NT server.
NT guys, please check and solve the problem. Thanks.

Ditto here. On NT 6.5. Repair Database does not solve issue nor does reloading historical data. This is for ES data.

Guys, unfortunately we are experiencing issues with the data server. This results in that no futures data would be recorded starting Sunday afternoon EST. We are aware that this is a serious issue and we are working jointly with the ZenFire support on this high priority issue to get it resolved as soon as possible.

same problem here, nothing works, neither tick nor volume charts...... got this problem with fdax and every data provider, it makes no difference if i try to get data from zenfire or ib. still the same problem with both of them.
i think you have to solve it quick cause many traders seem to have this problem today...

Update: the data server started collecting data again since now 10 minute. Unfortunately we have no means to close the gap for the missing data. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Still have an issue. This is for an ES 5 Minute Chart. Please note the SessionBegins and SessionEnds time on both images. The default time of 12:00 AM seems to work (Image 2) however when the time is changed to 6:00 PM (Image 1), well not so much.

here is still an issue, too. the fdax data (1min) is wrong. i compared the chart with other data providers, yours are wrong. look at the spikes at 5745 between 11:15 and 12:00 and furtheron the spikes at 5750 between 12:12 and 12:44. they are nor correct.
my own indicators need more than 100 bars historical data to adjust correctly. it's absolut impossible to work proper with such kind of historical data.
don't you have any backup server solutions for such crucial data needs?
i think i'm not the only one today who is really pissed....
please keep us informed...

Which feeds are you guys comparing this to? I check the FDAX Dec 09 on TradeStation for example and 5 min charts lines up after the issues with our 6.5 data server was resolved.

look for example on the official eurex site eurexchange.com and check the fdax data, you wont see any of the above mentioned spikes.....

look at the spikes between 14:02 and 14:11. they are exact down to 5750 just as the formerly mentioned spikes at about 12:00 - 13:00.
you won't tell me that this is real eurex data.....
