no reload historical data

I have just logged on to find an unfilled gap from end of market on Friday to now..that is not rectified by reloading historical data...the gap is on all charts and instruments that I look at. Is NT having server problems or is this something else

Same "Gap Issue"

I have the same issue. I have tried to "Repair Database" and all the usual "fixes". Even when you "Reload Historical Data", the gap is from close on Friday to "Current" candle.

Big gaps, no reload, the problems continue. Recently I have disconnects, Bid/Ask reversals, watched a live trade that couldn't be edited or closed.... Now historical data is missing and of course I can't trade like that. No, I'm not polemicizing or mixing things, just enumerating...
