Orders wont cancel?!

Hi, i have a buy limit that I cant cancel?!!
I have tried everything but it just wont cancel and its become a nuisance since I am trying to use charttrader and the buylimit is way over the price and wont execute and i cant cancel it. ????????????

Hi,

Please contact your broker immediately and have then cancel the order.

After this, restart the software and see if the order is still displaying.

Hi. Let me clarify, this order was thankfully placed on demo with mbt so Im not in danger of anything. The trade however is STILL on??!! I have opened and closed ninjatrader and my comp many times and I am wondering if there is something else I can do instead of having to re-install ninjatrader as I am very busy and dont have time to be reinstalling ninjatrader everytime it cant close an order for me.

I see, can you reset your Simulator under Tools--> Options--> Simulator tab--> Reset Simulator.

Then see if the order is gone.
