indicator folder empty when trying to import

I downloaded a certified indicator from the ninja trader forum. When I try to import this indicator, (utilities>import ninja script), Im able to view the indicators folder location, but none of the indicators are shown/empty folder.. but When I view the folder from windows, the indicator is listed, with the files in the folder. Whats the problem?

Its not installed on a network drive, I unistalled it reinstalled to no avail.

Hi ctmach,

When you go to your chart-->right mouse click within your chart-->Indicators is the box empty?

When you go to Tools-->Edit NinjaScript-->Indicators is the Edit Indicators window empty?

When you imported the indicator that you downloaded from the NinjaTrader Support Forum did you receive a message stating it was imported successfully?
