Indicators for last bar do not appear!

Hi,

I'm a NT newbie. Have an important question.

I'm connecting to Yahoo, viewing end of day data for stocks. If I plot an indicator, I only see it extend to the second last bar, even if the last bar is for a closed session.

To illustrate: if i plot a simple moving average (SMA) of the closing price from, say the last month to date, the SMA will end at yesterday's bar. It will not extend to today's bar (even if i plot it after the session close).

Why is that? Do I have to wait till the next open to see that data? It seems a bit bizarre, as I would like to run all my indicators at the close, and possibly place orders at the open of the next day.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated!

Hello erinys,

Please set 'Calculate on bar close' to False for the indicator in the Indicator menu.

The indicator will now be calculated upon each incoming tick instead of the close of a bar.
