Chart problem Some Futures

Hi,

for thelast two days I have had the problem that for some Futures (right now 6J) - (yesterday GC) that the price is showed but the the indicators, if i change instrument in the upper right hand side corner everything is ok on the next instrument but if I return to trhe chart with problem it remain.

To day not indicators at all on 6J yesterday only problem with Stochastic on GC.

What is the problem?

Thank you for your post.

Please compile your indicators with the steps I have provided below.

• Tools
• Edit NinjaScript
• Indicators
• Select ADL
• Click Ok
• Within the code window please right mouse click-->Compile
• X out of the window

Next please open a new chart with no template applied and let me know if the issue persists.

Hi Sorry but the problem re-accured again on 6J

The name of the instrument is also missing on the top blue bar and crosshire is flashing.

If I go to 1 min ok - But Dinapoli Stochastic is missing data pĺ has window under the price.

Hi Michael,

Please close all your open workspaces by going to the Control Panel-->File-->Workspaces-->Close Workspace

After you have closed all workspaces please create a new workspace by going to the Control Center-->File-->Workspaces-->New Workspace

Within the new workspace please open a new chart with no template applied, add your indicators and let me know if the issue persists.

I have tried to close and open the chart i normal use and also open a new neutral one and add indicator. Right now it is working. but the problem seems to appere at random.

Hi,

Yes I can get it on new chart as well, if I go to low time frame approx. 2-4 minutte and below.

It is however only one indicator missiong the window is there but no drawing of indicator - same for data window.

I keept the old window where the problem was yesterday and the day before, this is ok iven at 1 sec. time frame.

The problem always accure when I change instrument in the drop-down meny in upper left hand side corner of the chart window. - It has never disappired during an open chart-window. When it happens it typecally only for one of the 10 instrument I have in the drop-down meny. The other 9 are fine.
