Esignal NG

I'm having issues viewing NG on NT through Esignal.

Using esignal pro I can see NG just fine and even the product comes up in their Symbol monitor correctly but the contract only brings in a few daily data point and stops. I am not experiencing this with any other product, I can view ES or CL just fine.

Can you please tell me what time interval chart you are attempting to load?

Are there any error messages within the Log tab of the Control Center?
