Missing Data, Reload Historical Data greyed out

    It's a major problem but as you see in the previous post they act like they've never seen it before.

    I think when this happens their historical data server is offline and there's nothing we can do. If it happens during trading hours best to leave it alone until after you're done trading else you risk crashing NT.

      I was actually trading side by side with a friend, and he didn't have the problem.

      So, it was definitely something 'to do with the client.. just that I don't quite know what..

      Edit: Just logged into NT, and everything just miraculously loaded! Thanks anyway guys.

          Same here, using NT 6.5 with Zen-Fire. No data filled in during the times I was logged off. Historical data greyed out. Logged in and out several times, but that problem is still with me.

            We experienced an issue with our historical data servers this morning. Please disconnect, reconnect at this time and let me know if the issue persists.

                  And again...

                  I have the same problem

                  I've had this problem before usually when changing from Gain to eSignal connections and vice-versa. This time it follows using the market replay feature.

                  I have tried reparing the db with no effect.

                      Today I have no historical data!

                      Can NT resolve this problem please!

                      I have tread to reset db and repair db restart nt and computer but noting helps!

                          - Who are you connected to?
                          - For what instrument is this?
                          - Is there an error message in the log?
                          - What version are you running? Our current release is V6.5.1000.14 which you can check under Help--> About
                          - Also, have you tried Tools--> Historical Data--> Reload?

                                that option is greyed out.

                                when first establishig connection chart doesn't refresh, it just starts building the current bar, nothing from 20:32 last night will show up.
