Missing data

My charts are only displaying data from whenever I am connected. Historical data from previous days or afterhours before I connect are not being displayed.

Data provider is zen fire.

Please restart NinjaTrader and reconnect to Zen-Fire.
Next, open a new chart. If the full data does not load, please right click in the chart and select Reload Historical Data.
