"Reload Historical Data" greyed out on chart

I was trying to make a trade this morning but last time I was connected was yeaterday morning, so after I connected I tried to reload the historical data from the chart but the option on the right-click menu was greyed out. I disconnected and re-connected again and still got the same problem.

Here's what I saw in my log

MIRUS: Primary connection=Connected
Unable to connect to NinjaTrader data server (64.202.118.132/31654): An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
MIRUS: Primary connection=Connecting

What's up? How can I fix this? How can I prevent this from happening again? I missed a winning trade (fade opening gap) that would have made me 3+ points because I couldn't see where the market closed yesterday because I didn't have the data on my chart.

Hello shodson,

Unfortunately there were issues with the historical data server, which caused it not to record data for 9:45 AM EST to 9:52 AM EST.

However, the issue has been fixed and you should be able to connect to the historical data server again when re-connecting to your data feed provider.

Subsequently, right click in your charts and select 'Reload Historical Data'.
