incorrect data on chart

I use IB, the 30 seconds chart is displaying incorrect data everytime i restart NT, what should i do to clear the data? and what should i do to make NT load the correct data on seconds chart everytime i restart NT?

On the options menu i checked the "store realtime data" and "market replay"

What kind of incorrect data is displayed in the chart; what is displayed and what do you expect to be displayed?

Note that historical tick data is not supported with Interactive Brokers.

Seconds charts are built by tick data as well.

I connected to ib for 2 days and have data on 30 sec chart. Then I restart NT and i cannot see the historical data that i have on those 2 days connection.

Did you have 'Store real-time bar data' enabled during those 2 days?

What happens if you create a tick chart for the instrument in question for the two days you recorded when not connected. Do you see any data?
