data corruption

Hi - cannot find any threads applicable to this problem - every few minutes the data on my charts runs itself together on a single line. The short term fix seems to be to reload historical data but this only lasts a few minutes.

Can anyone help, please?

Welcome to our forums westb, for which instrument and connection do you see this happening? Could you please post a screenshot of the issue?

Also, I suggest you check into the NinjaTrader release version you currently run (Help > About) - the latest production one would 6.5.1000.14 (upgrade via Help > Download Site).

I'm using the latest version - the problem is happening with GBPUSD and EURJPY with connection to Gain.

Looks like the chart data works as expected and like this is related to one of your custom indicators, please try a totally blank, price only range chart to check.

My chart just went while the no indi one didn't. Back to the drawing board for me - thanks for your help

You're welcome, you could try adding back one by one to see which one gives you the noticed issues, also keep an eye on the log tab of the Control Center.
