Needs partner for Strategy Wizard enhancement

I had developed 70+ strategies via Strategy Wizard. I cannot figure out some Strategy Wizard conditions I wish to ad for a strategy that backtest with great results. I can email or describe here exactly what I'm looking to accompolosh, but I need a partner that can collorabate with me to accompolish via Strategy Wizard or full programming.
The basics are this, I want the strategy to trade, but at numerical( money) targets, either profit or loss, I wish the strategy to cease trading.
