    Zen-Fire Recent Data Missing

    I cannot seem to access any data after yesterday's session. When I try to reload the data the real-time data starts coming in but there is no data all the way back to the end of yesterday's session. I have different sessions for different charts and the data is missing for all of them going back to midnight last night.

    I have repaired the DB, and I have reloaded historical data several times. I am running version 6.5.1000.14.

    Hello Evolution,

    Can you please disconnect/re-connect Zen-Fire and try reloading historical data once more.

    Let me know if this will not work for you and send me a screenshot of the chart.

      Hi Jason,

      Here is a screenshot of 15min ES with session ending and beginning at 12:00AM. The latest bar is the current bar at around 11:10AM.

      I tried disconnecting and reloading before taking this screenshot.

        Do you see any errors in the Log-tab?

        If so, please let me know what they state.

            Can you please go to Tools-->Account Connections, highlight your connection and click Change. Check if 'Historical Data' is enabled.

            Connect to your data feed and create a new chart.

            Check if all requested data is retrieved.

            If not, please right click in the chart and select 'Reload Historical Data'. Check again.

              I checked and historical data is selected. The historical data for yesterday and before seems to load and re-load fine. It just seems to be the data that is after midnight last night that does not reload. Every time I reconnect the data for today starts anew.

                Can you please check what date is used on your PC clock. Make sure it is setup correctly.

                  That was it! I dont know what happened but my computer date had stayed on yesterday's date for some reason.
