afternoon gang.

I am having a problem with my GBPCHF charts.
I Have justopened a live account with Forex.com(gain) and had a few issues that you guys sorted for me Very good work...!!!
I have 5 other pairs working fine but not my GC, I have deleted and reloaded the Data and also checked some of the forum for answers but no joy as yet.

If the data issue is Gains how do I rectify the problem and who`s responsibility is the data on the charting package?? a bit of Grey area.

Could you please give me some assistance to get my charts working again..

Hello Ian,

Unfortunately the GC instrument is not supported; only forex instruments are supported with Gain in NinjaTrader as per the link below.

You will need to connect to a data feed provider that supports furures data that supports the GC.
