Chart trader cancels order

I am using IB 897.9a with NT 6.5.1000.13. In the last few weeks, when I try to change stop loss order price or target order price by moving the order line on chart trader, on three different occasions, the orders simply disappeared from the screen and I checked on IB TWS, the orders were indeed canceled. This had happened to CL, GC and today ES.

Some help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you please upgrade to the most current supported version of IB's TWS at the following link.
