DOM Auto Center

Hi, I have the new version of ninja but even though I have auto center off, the dom keeps auto centering (interestingly if the DOM is minimized, it won't auto center, but once I get it up and center it once manually, it starts auto centering again).

Is this a glitch or have I set something wrong?
