Gain Historical data

Hi,
I have created a connection to Gain (demo), but don't have any historical data download. On AUD.CHF, today, I only have 10mn worth of backfill.

I checked the "Historical data : Use NinjaTrader server" item in the account connection wizard. But it does not seem to work.

Would you have any suggestion ?

Please try using the GAIN servers instead and data for these instruments should be available.
