charting questions

i understand how to scale vertical axis, for both price and volume,
and zoom out,
but that is not the same as panning.
there are many ways to do this:
Horizontal Scrolling (panning chart left or right)

but what about
panning chart up or down?
same question for volume indicator?


is there a way to fix both the time and price axis such
that they remain constant on a grid? for example
for time i would like a gridline every 15minutes and for
price axis a fix gridline every multiple of 10points.
i dont find this when i right click chart properties.

Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately, vertical panning is not possible.

Defining a fixed price axis would be possible by using to instances of the ConstantLines indicator (a high and a low) set to autoscale = true.

Defining a constant time scale should be possible through compressing the chart.
