Reload historical data problem

Whenever I try to reload the historical data, the pop up stop whenever it say "Saving" and will stay there forever. On the log it will show this error for any attempt to reload the historical data.

10/30/2009 3:21:17 PM,Connection,Connection to NinjaTrader historical market data server established.,
10/30/2009 3:21:07 PM,Default,Connection to NinjaTrader historical market data server lost: Could not use ''; file already in use.,


It looks like the database was locked and can not be save. Can anyone help me about it. I don't think it is Windows 7 problem because it was working for past 2 month until this week. I tried both build 13 and build 14 and even deleted the mdb Thanks

Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately, windows 7 is not a supported operating system in the current version of NinjaTrader. We expect to support windows 7 in NinjaTrader 7, but no official word has been released.

In the meantime, I would recommend downgrading to XP or Vista.
