Lock up the stop in one way

I have a bad habit to move my stop further out when a trade went against me. Is there a way to lock up the max stop so I cannot move beyond it? It is a hard way to enforce the discipline on me. Thanks a lot.

The stop loss orders are can be modified easily, but unfortunately there is no way to prevent their willful modification such as a lock feature.
