Atomic order operation in progress

While placing an order i just had the pop-up "Atomic order operation in progress"... My LMT order was not filled and I could not cancel it. Tried for a minute to cancel it and it did not work. On the rebound the order was filled and then luckily the price move in my direction and manage to flatten the position.

No sure to understand what happen and how to avoid it or get out of it next time.

I had the same error via zenfire about atomic cancelling of an order.

I have since removed upgrade 6.5.0014 back to6.5.0013 and the error has not happened since, did you find what the issue was

Hi Craig,

Issue was at the broker not with Ninja. Broker explained that I cancel the order before it was registered with the exchange, reason for this atomic erro. It was just during 10h00 report on Wednesday, so I guess a lot of order was going through and I was too quick canceling my order when I saw the price action.
