ZenFire data for ZG

The last data I have been able to chart for gold (ZG) was on 10/23. Tried everything I know. Help please!

Hello ezinvestor,

Please try the following. Remove the ZG 12-09 from your default instrument list in the Instrument Manager.

Go to Tools-->Options-->Misc-tab and click Reset Instruments.

Add the ZG 12-09 back and check if you receive real-time data.

Unfortunately there was an issue with the data server which resulted in missing data for ZG, ZI, YG and YI starting 24th until 6 hours ago as the issue was resolved.

Also, please ensure you have NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.14 installed. You can check at Help-->About.

If not, please install this version on top of your current version at the link below.

Subsequently, reset the instruments (Tools-->Options-->Misc-tab) and check if you receive real-time data.
