reload data

using zenfire in simulation. have previously used 'reload historical data' ok. this morning i have no data from 1600 yesterday to 0908 today when i loged in. tried to reload but the option is grayed out. help please.

thanks but i had already (forgot to mention) closed,rebooted and restarted but is still grayed out. any other ideas ?
