I have been using a sim account using zen-fire and nt. I now purchased the live license key for nt and i get an error that reads
"login failed: Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection"
I have checked and retried a dozen times...i have rebooted my computer, reinstalled nt.....I've checked the new key that nt gave me and it is active on the control panel
My sim account still connects perfectly, but my new "connection" that i just added with the live trading login and password from Mirus trading gives this error message...Please help...i would like to start trading in the A.M.
