OCO or Sim Order 'Lights' for chart trader

The DOM will display a green 'OC' or 'SO' when you enable OCO or Simulated Orders.

However chart-trader does not have any visual indication these flags are enabled. It's very easy (very very very easy) to leave these enabled and not know it !! (also very very dangerous to your account).

I had reported this to support a cpl months back, and am hoping to see it in a near build

Not to sound ungrateful... but the oco indicator is rather low on the display.
For example, if I tile 4 chars on a 19" monitor, you can't see the green OCO indicator.

Perhaps it could be moved up.. say above the top Buy/Sell Market buttons.
