    unable to send log and trace files

    I'm unable to send log and trace files to ninja support.
    Get error message " Failed to send message. A connection attempt failed because connectiing party did not respond properly after period of time".

    Please advice ASAP.

    Thank you for your post.

    Unfortunately, the mail features will not function for some users.

    You will find your trace file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

    Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com and attach the file manually.
