Multi-instrument strategy

Good day everyone!

Is it possible to create a strategy that will monitor the ask of instrument A and the bid of instrument B and go long A and short B as soon as the difference between A.ask and B.bid hits some predefined value. Looking to simulate spread limit order with this.

I'll do it myself. Can you confirm that it is possible technically? Can a strategy access bid/ask of multiple instruments and issue orders for multiple instruments?
