What is the best way to decide how much leverage to use and analyse the payoffs from leverage if you used the Ninjatrader reports?

For your question, I would suggest to check into Drawdown, Loosing streaks and Avg Loser figures and then ensure you can 'stand' those based on your risk appetite and chose contract / unit size.
