    Historical Data

    I'm not getting any historical data for the YK (mini-sized Soybeans) instrument. I am connecting through Zen-Fire, our broker again says I should have the data; and per my last support request it's my understanding that I should have at least some data. I can't pull up a chart for the following contract months; YK 11-09, YK 09-09, YK 08-09, YK 07-09, YK 05-09, and YK 03-09. All I get is a blank chart with no data at all. Am I doing something wrong?

    Zach, please check which ZenFire mapping you use for the YK master symbol in the Instrument Manager, with this set to the CME Globex one, XK I receive data for those contracts.

        Ok, please clarify - do you get neither realtime nor historical data with this mapping?

          Sorry, yes that is correct.

            Ok, we checked and YK is not tracked on our data server - nonetheless you should be able to receive realtime data for this symbol on ZenFire, can you please recheck the mapping and then readd it fresh to your default list with the 'Globex' exchange selected?

                Thank you for your reply.

                Please open the instrument editor for YK and ensure that all settings match those shown in the attached images.

                After doing so, remove YK from your default list and re-add it. (http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...eFromList.html)

                After doing so, open a DOM and see if you receive live data for YK 11-09.

                    Thanks, so when you select the YK 11-09 contract with the mapping set as per Kyle's screenshot in the Control Center there's no Level 1 data showing? Then please contact us using the Help > Mail to Support feature with the logs to investigate further, thanks
