I'm having a problem where NT will first, not be able to connect properly(See link http://www.ninjatrader-support2.com/...089#post120089) and after it "falsely" connects I'm able to pull data from IB servers, but not able to get the full range of historical data that IB offers. In NT I can get data for as far back as the very end of 08, in TWS (as NT is running) I can get up to near 3 years of historical data.
The chart in NT has the correct time frame in it's data formatting that should allow many years of data to be retrieved, but it continues to only grab the last year or so. Let me know if there are any settings or info I can give you that might help.
