Z 12-09 wrong fill on gap open

Hiwhen i place a buy order for the Z 12-09 I get filled at completely wrong price, for instance this morning Z 12-09 opened in the 5190's, with a gap up from yesterday from the 5140's, and when I place a buy order (I've tried market, limit, and stop) using the dom or chart trader i get filled at 5142 everytime even though price is at 5196. Sell orders work fine.I have the latest version (.13) I have tried reloading historical data, opening and closing ninja, deleting and resetting the instrument through instrument manager. I don't have the same problem on ES.I am using a zen-fire feed.Thanks in advance.

Thanks, yes it seems that Ask data is stuck at 5142, will check into and let you know.

Please recheck your ZenFire Z 12-09 feed, the issue should be corrected.

Thanks, that's working now but this has happened a couple of times in the last 2 weeks - was there a fundamental problem? Is the fix temporary?

I can understand your concern, however unfortunately I'm not aware what the exact underlying issue was today - the issues earlier this week you refer to were caused by ISP backbone issues in two unrelated regions.
