Problems With NinjaTrader, Patsystems and IQFeed

I trade the FDAX and I use Patsystems with NinjaTrader for order entry. I use IQFeed with DTI's Roadmap software so I can see the NYSE TICK, the TRIN, and other market indicators.

The symbol for the DAX in IQFeed is XGZ9. Normally, the value of the DAX in IQFeed and Patsystems through NinjaTrader are the same. However, beginning 10/12/09, the value of the DAX in IQFeed did not match FDAX in NinjaTrader.

I'm using NinjaTrader 6.5 and IQFeed 4.6.1.0.

Does anyone in NinjaTrader support know why this is happening?

Has this happened to anyone else?

Can you please confirm your have the FDAX 12-09 selected in NinjaTrader.

Could it be IQFeed or NinjaTrader is lagging and thus values do not resemble?

Does it make difference if you closed some charts and other windows in NinjaTrader?

I have FDAX 12-09 selected in the Dynamic SuperDOM. I don't have anything open in NinjaTrader but the one SuperDOM and the Control Panel.

I checked the ES 12-09, NQ 12-09, and the YM 12-09 in NinjaTrader and their values match IQFeed.

Ninja is lagging IQFeed by about 20 points for FDAX.

Closing charts or SuperDOM doesn't make anything better or worse.

This is the first time this has ever happened with these two programs.

Any other suggestions to resolve this issue?

Could it be you have the continuous FDAX contract listed in IQFeed?

Can you please try the following. Remove the FDAX from your default instrument list in the Instrument Manager.

Go to Tools-->Options-->Misc-tab and click Reset Instruments.

Add the FDAX 12-09 back and check if data is in synch.
