      Guys,

      TDA just reported to me that they are working in issues related to pulling historical data from their servers. These issues could cause the trouble you are experiencing.

      We'll keep you in the loop...

        Im still having the same problem as well after removing AVG antivirus. One thing i noticed is that the Session Manager is not saving my session template "US equities RTH" when i click the save button and restart Ninjatrader

          When you say that the session manager is not saving your "US equities RTH" template, can you elaborate on what changes you had made and what changes were not retained?

            I figured it out, it was just user error. It was saving it, i was just on the wrong template. thanks

              So after contacting support and being told that TDA was working on and fixed the issue it was fixed for me for a few days....

              But it has returned this weekend for the majority of stock symbols. Some of them are still working normally but an enormous amount of them (some which were not displaying the error towards the latter part of last week) are displaying these same errors once again.

              It is weird too because the level 2 data and the chart still look accurate. Just for some reason that error pops up irregardless of the data....

              Is it best to contact TDA directly at this point or work through NT?

                Please send in complete logs and trace directories by Help->Mail to support and reference this thread. We then will follow up with TDA to understand what's going on.

                Also: please make sure you are on latest NT7B14. Thanks

                      TDA just reported to me, that this message actually is no error (in terms of NT) as it just would indicate that there is no data available to one of the (sub)requests which NT issues. Next NT update will filter that message.

                        Thanks, Speaking of which, are there any options to turn pop up messages off? When it cant retrieve data from TD it pops up a message box for each one of my charts(which i have about 20) and it would be nice to disable these.

                          Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to disable these alerts. Reportedly, these alerts will no longer trigger in the next beta release.

                            I upgraded to NT7 v.15 this morning and the graphs are stuck on "Loading data...". Should i configure anything else to make this work with TD ameritrade? It looks like the upgrade release got rid of the "Hdr: 400 Data acquisition failed" error but its not filling in historical data before the market opens.

                                Thanks, just FYI - Even after the markets start it is still trying to load the charts. At the bottom of the Control Center the message says "Loading data... AAPL (4/30/2010 - 4/30/2010)"
