    I receive this error every time I try and login live. My machine is running Vista x64 and I have had a look around the forums and understand it is not supported and is difficult to get it to work. However, due to hardware limitations, I cannot install my copy of windows XP 32 (big new hard drive causes blue screen at setup.) I have tried running xp 32 in virtual PC 2007 and receive the same error in that environment. I absolutely must get this application up and running by the end of the day. Is there anyone who has got this up and running on Vista 64 that can help me get it set up? I would greatly appreciate it. The simulation works, just not the live feed.

    This occurs when you attempt to login three times with incorrect user name and/or password. Please follow the instructions below to resolve this situation.
    • Shut down NinjaTrader
    • Contact your broker and ask them to "Reset" your account
    • Confirm with your broker your correct login credentials
    • Restart NinjaTrader
    • Make any changes to your Patsystems connection via Tools > Account Connections
    • Login

        Hello,

        a friend of mine uses NT with Patsystems.

        However, he gets the same error (unable to login, error 7 and so on) everytime he restarts NT.

        I have the same problem with his connection.

        The password is incorrect? Where do I have to enter a password?

        Don't know why this happen, because we did not change anything!

        Hope you can help me.
