External exit by broker creates strategy problem

I had a strategy running which took a position yesterday morning. Neither the profit target nor the stop loss was hit. The broker exited the position at the end of the day.When I tried to restart the strategy NT did not see the external exit. I tried "flatten everything" DB repair" and shutting down completely and restarting. When I restarted the strategies it still showed an open position. What can I o o get the strategy to "see" the external exit? Thanks

You can submit a manual order, so your account position is in a position as well and in synch with your strategy.
