level II issue

i am trading futures at Mirus. why can't i track market makers ? do i have to enter them manually or are they supposed to show up automatically? using zen fire feed.

Thank you for your post.

Yes, you will need to input the Market Maker you want to track manually. Please right mouse click within the Level II window-->Tracked Market Maker-->Input the name in the box to the right-->Hit Enter

already tried that. it doesnt change anything. some dude just told me that the market makers arent identifiable in futures markets. fyi. thks.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. Yes, unfortunately this option is only available for Equities and not available for Futures.
