Zenfire price updates issues

Currently there will not be any updates while the Exchange is closed. Are you showing a Bid, Ask and Last price within the Orders tab of the Control Center?

No it show n/a under Bid, Ask, Last in Orders Tab. The same issue persists when market is live. I have to disconnect and connect few times before it start showing prices under bid, ask, last.

Am I correct the Windows Server and Vista PC's connected the same way to the internet as your XP PC's?

Can you please try the following. While NinjaTrader is closed, please go to (My) Documents-->NinjaTrader 6.5 and delete the Config.xml file.

Start NinjaTrader and recreate your Zen-Fire connection as per the instructions at the following link.

Let me know if the issue remains.

Can you please tell me how many NinjaTrader windows you have opened when this occurs. Do you notice a difference if you close charts and other NinjaTrader windows?

Do you notice any disconnections in the Control Center-->Log-tab?
