Could it be you are not connected to a data feed in NinjaTrader?

Please make sure the chart receives real-time data and check again.

No I was connected to ZenFire. Everything was setup working fine. Just the order entry was missing from the popup menu. And had to restart to get it to come back. This is obviously a fault.

Unfortunately, so far I am not able to reproduce it on my end.
