Drawing tool for free hand drawing

Is there a tool that allows me to draw with the mouse as opposed to the pre set shapes that NT provides?

Was actually looking for a way to draw a parabola on my charts. I didn't see that as an option anywhere...so I thought the next best option is free hand.
