chart wiindows auto minimizing

hi, i have 2 chart windows open but within a minute or 2, the chart windows auto minimise themselves, leaving me with a blank workspace. why does it do that?

Not sure why this would be occurring, but this is not expected behavior.

If you would please open a new workspace (File > Workspaces > New Workspace) and open a few windows there within, do you see the same behavior?

Glad to hear this did the trick for you.

It is likely that the workspace that was showing this behavior is corrupted.
Please recreate the layout in the new workspace.

After doing so, shut down NinjaTrader and open the My Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5 > Workspaces folder. Right click on the offending workspace and click Delete.

Just to confirm, this occurs even without touching the keyboard?

Does the Control Center remain when this occurs?

control centre remains. i don't have to touch the keyboard or mouse for the charts to minimize
