AMP/ZenFire feed and replay

Hello Admin

I am told that in order for me to be able to replay within Ninja...my connection will need to be open for the hours that I wish to replay as this allows for the data to be recorded.

I have been using another charting/brokerage service which allows me to pull up historical data. I am really missing this in my experience with Ninja/ZenFire combo. Any recommendations? Am I missing something?

Thank you for your post.

Yes, NinjaTrader will only record data when you are connected to your data provider.

Market Replay works if you have recorded market replay data. You can enable the recorded by following the instructions below.

• From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
• Go to the "Data" tab
• Enable "Run market replay recorder"
• Press the "OK" button
• With the recorder enabled, NinjaTrader will record all level I and level II data while you are connected. This data will then be available to replay at a later date via the menu File > Connect > Market Replay Connection.

When using Zen-Fire you will have access to Historical Tick and Minute data. Please confirm you have Historical Data enabled with the steps I have provided below.

• Disconnect
• Tools
• Account Connections
• Select your connection
• Change
• Next
• Historical Data-->Enabled
• Next
• Next
• Finish
• Reconnect
