Application Error on first start

Hi,
I tried to install nt6.5 but needed inet, so i downloaded and installed latest inet (3.5 sp 1 i think) then nt6.5 would install, but upon first start I get this application error.

I have no idea on how to extract the code or figure out what is wrong here...please help.

there was nothing in the trace folder

Thank you for your reply.

Please follow the steps listed below to uninstall NinjaTrader:
1. Close all running applications.
2. Then from the Start menu select --> Control Panel --> Add and Remove Programs.
3. From Add and Remove Programs select NinjaTrader 6.5 and click Remove.
4. Reboot your machine

Then please install Windows Service Pack 3 and the latest updates for Windows XP from Microsoft update website.

Once these steps are completed, download and install the latest version of NinjaTrader from the link I’ve posted below.
