    General Connection Problem

    In General, it takes me two or three attempts to get Ninja opened. It just stalls at the Loading "...xyz Platform" and never brings up the charts. Is there something small that I am missing?

    Hello,

    You may have a corrupt workspace:
    To delete your workspaces:
    • Please close NinjaTrader and go to your desktop Start menu
    • Open My Documents
    • Go to the NinjaTrader 6.5 folder
    • Go to the Workspaces folder
    • Right click on all XML documents and select Delete
    • Now restart the application and it should start up normally
    Be sure you disconnect from your data feed prior to shutting NT down.
