Connection Problems - IB

When connecting to IB, I get a green "Connected - InteractiveBrokers" confirmation at the bottom of the Control Center but the futures charts that I had from the night before won't load/update. On the Log tab in the Control Center I get a message "Requested market data is not subscribed. 354." The funny thing is that it will start to update some futures charts but seems to get caught on one and stop. In the past I have closed out NT and restarted it several times and the futures charts will load. Today, I closed out all of my existing futures charts and started new ones and they worked. Any solutions? Thanks.

How many charts do you have opened that need to load data?

I suggest to reduce the amount of charts, limit the historical data in the charts or reduce the amount of indicators in the charts and check if this make a difference.

In addition, close the chart that does not load data and create a new one via File-->New-->Chart and check if this will do the trick as well.

Thanks Jason. I will try each of those suggestions tomorrow. My guess is that I may have too many charts open (about 10).
