ZB will not load

I am using DTN and I have no problem with ZN however ZB will not load. I did edit INstrument manager and tick size is set for .03125. No idea what to do with this.

I downloaded the update but I still got symbol not available message and (that crash sound).

Hi,

Can you please go to Tools-->Instrument Manager and then highlight the ZB instrument in the Default instrument list and then hit the '>' button to remove.

Then please go to Tools-->Options-->Misc-->Reset Instruments.

Then please go back to Tools-->Instrument Manager and search for the ZB instrument and add it back to the default instrument list by hitting the '<' button.
